Highest Point takes place in the beautiful Williamson Park in Lancaster. We are aware that the park is much loved and used by many residents of Lancaster, and we would like our annual event to have minimum impact on your usage of the park, as well as residents living in the direct surrounding areas.

Road Closure

For safety reasons, Wyresdale Road will be closed between the top of Coulston Road / Golgotha and Ayr Street

Friday 17th May: 7am until 11:59pm
Saturday 18th May: 7am until 11:59pm
Sunday 19th May: 7am until 11:59pm

There will be no parking on the road for the duration of this period.

Fenham Carr Lane –¬†Will also be closed to vehicles for access purposes.

Park Access

Williamson Park closes to none ticket holders on Thursday 17th May at 7pm with areas of the park reopening from 7pm on Sunday 19th May

Access to Fenham Carr remains open from Parkgate Drive (Kissing Gate) only, however please observe local parking restrictions in this area. There is no access to Fenham Carr from the main driveway off Quernmore Road.

Live Updates

Throughout the build and break of the festival we require to close off areas of the park for safety reasons (often last minute) to allow the movement of large vehicles or to operate overhead. Please do not use your usual shortcut if it appears closed and follow the diversion signs instead.
