Set to take to the Highest Point stage in his signature balaclava, the enigmatic and eclectic artist Jaguar Skills is tough to nail down and define. Personal details around the multi-genre, cut-n-paste DJ are often best left to the imagination, but Jaguar Skills has been tearing up the drum and bass circuit for decades now.
Since he began hitting the decks in East London art bars in the early 2000s, Jaguar Skills has racked up credits with Lupe Fiasco and The Prodigy, all while collecting accolades and garnering adoration from Mark Ronson, Trevor Nelson and Annie Mac.
His skilful mixing of unmixable genres and unique edits make him one of the most interesting artists around, and a must-watch at this year’s festival. Just don’t ask how he got here.
